• Remove Box - unscrew and cut away old sealant
• Prepare Screw Holes - drill new holes, countersink old holes
• Prepare Screw Holes - pot new holes, fill old holes
• Seal Vent Pipe
• Seal Vent Fitting
• Bed Vent Fitting
• Renovate the box
• Seal the box
• Bed the box
• Fitted - open
• Fitted - closed
