Fuel Treatment Plant In-Situ

During the build, I added a light so that I can see what I'm doing when changing filters. There's also a light on the vacuum gauge.

The control settings are as follows:

1.  Light Switch
• Up: On
• Down: Off
2.  Pump Switch
• Up: On
• Down: Off
3.  Delphi Valves (both must be at equivalent positions)
•  In: Fuel flows through filter.
• Out: Fuel bypasses filter (element can be changed).
4. Racor Valves (both must be at equivalent positions)
•  In: Fuel flows through filter.
• Out: Fuel bypasses filter (element can be changed).
5. Bypass Valves (both must be at equivalent positions)
•  Polish: Fuel directed though polishing pump and back to tank.
• Engine: Fuel flows to engine.
6. Bulb-pump Valve
•  Closed (across pipe): All fuel must flow through bulb pump.
• Open (in-line with pipe): Fuel can bypass bulb pump.
